The website has one person running it and she doesn't return phone calls, so I dealt with the store to help me. It took them 6 plus weeks to refund my return which I should have seen as a sign but… Recently I tried again, and they send me a large box to go through. It took 3 months to finally get credit for that however, I'm still waiting for a larger credit which will be 2 1/2 months. These people are nuts! they won't answer their phone and it goes into voicemail that they screen and don't leave room to leave a message. I am dealing with my bank as these people are crazy, they are still pushing more clothes on me. I don't recommend them.
