If you were a client of the law firm (apologies for this remark: we have the inevitable false reviews and cannot confirm your identity from initials), we hope that we addressed your concerns at that time, and that you felt they were resolved to your satisfaction. To avoid this type of situation, we have an office policy to notify clients when we receive major updates from USCIS. Most of our clients prefer telephone calls, but if voice messages fail, then we send emails or letters. We calendar all matters to make sure they proceed timely, and to make sure our clients feel that they are kept informed. The partners review the calendar at least once a week, and we never want clients to feel that they weren't updated. Please let us know if there is more that we can do for you, thank you.
