Provided by YP.comAWFUL!!! Stay away. I live in Hollywood and for fun when people come into town I will take them on a Hollywood bus tour I had ticket from living social . I have been on many now and I had very high hopes. It was beyond horrible. not only did our tour guide not give accurate information about the area but for the last 30 mins of the tour he turned Metallica on and didn't talk. Save your money and not take this tour. There are so great tours out there and this is by far not one of them. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL :(
Hi we are sorry but we do not play music on our tours! Perhaps you took a tour with another company and were mistaken.

Provided by YP.comWe took two of the tours offered by Hollywood Fantasy Tours, and both were excellent. Their offices at 6231 Hollywood Blvd, directly across from the Hollywood and Vine Metro station, include nice everything and lots of information. Their prices are very reasonable. Their vehicles (including the shorter open vans needed for navigating in the residential hills), were comfortable and clean, and their guides were excellent, particularly Bruce, who stopped and manoevred to get the best views through the fences and hedges of Beverly and Hormby Hills and Belair, and had carefully researched the homes to know who had lived there and when, sizes, features, and prices. They also offer a wonderful tour up Beachwood Canyon into the Hollywood Hills, where the stunning homes are readily visible and with incredible views of the Hills, Sign and Reservoir. I can't reccomend this firm highly enough. For more info, call me: Chris 204-772-8215. Their telephone numbers are 323-464-8184, 323-469-8184.
The streets in these residential areas are tortuous, confusing, and often sloping; it is better not to drive yourself and not get lost, while wanting to see somethng.
Try their Hollywood Hills Tour - it is really beautiful.
Best,
Chris

Provided by YP.comI & 6 friends took the train & got of onto Hollywood Blvd. & Vine St. & we walked across the street to get info on where to go and what to do. We all live in different areas of Los Angeles, but we never really did anything during the daytime but eat at restaurants, or the night-life. We got the info, they recommended a tour, told us about their tours, and we decided to take 2 tours out of several options. We decided to take their "HOLLYWOOD GRAND TOUR" on their "DOUBLE-DECKER STAR-BUS" for $37 adult, kids $26. We were told the estimated time of the trip, which would be about 1hr 35min. or 1hr 45min-2hrs. if there was some traffic along the way. They made it under 2hrs. We didn't realize their was so much rich history about the areas we have seen connected to the Hollywood we know today. We were also fortuitous to get a $19 adult price/ kids $13, 1hr trip to the world famous "HOLLYWOOD SIGN" on their "STAR-VAN" thrown in for FREE just because we signed up for their 2hr tour. Nice looking seat covers with tiger stripes like in the movie SCARFACE starring AL PACINO! We got up to a certain area where taking a photo of the Hollywood Sign was closer than we expected! Even guests that came from different countries that took the same tour were extremely happy. We even got to see BENJAMIN "BUGSY" SEIGEL'S (created Flamingo Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada) & MADONNA'S former homes, saw a great panoramic view of L.A. and other things around the area! It's well worth it all! Great staff & tour guides! I've been living in L.A. since 1992, never took a tour before, & I have been pressured to do so by other tour businesses while just getting a bite to eat w/ the same or other friends during the day. They were even shown on T.V. on KTLA Channel 5 News! For anybody living out here or visiting, I recommend "HOLLYWOOD FANTASY TOURS!"
By the way, they have relocated to 6231 Hollywood Blvd. next door to the "Pantages Theatre." And their business number is actually 1-800-STARBUS or (323) 469-8184. They also do reservations.
Once again, thanks for the help and your tours! My friends and I will spread the word since you all helped us in learning the history of Hollywood and enjoying ourselves!
