Visiting the city for a work conference, and needed a mani/pedi. Prompt service, but the tech doing my nails, very poor customer service... just poor service overall. In all my years of receiving manicures, hand soak and lotion always included. Well, I received neither... And, when I asked for some lotion, she had an attitude. Throughout the entire service she never spoke a word, other than what color I would like on my nails, while side eyeing the entire time. My pedi was better, different tech with more personality.

No the less, I would not return or recommend. Hopefully you treat your regular customer better...
