I'll second the other review here - condescending is an understatement. While I understand you have customers for whom tens of thousands of dollars is a glass of milk, there are other folks in this world. Good luck waiting for the big sales to come while being so standoffish.

Long story short, incredibly rude and condescending. I live in the area and stopped in to take a look at their collection. I requested prices on three 1st edition books, all three seemed overpriced. I decided to look them up with other reputable dealers in the area, all three books were being offered for half the price (in the same condition, same edition) at every location I checked. I have NO IDEA how they stay in business given their inflated prices and disgusting service.
