Provided by YP.comBeen to many bridal stores and worked with different employees, but this is by FAR one of the worst stores I had to deal with. As the lady below me mentioned; they're SOO busy and will threaten you to buy a dress that you are not even sure about and make you pay a deposit.
The lady that was helping me was so RUDE and had no clue about bridal gowns. She was going on and on about how their store is one of the best in LA, until I did a little research and found out that most designers don't even want to work with them because of their bad reputation. I also heard from many friends and family members that they're not reliable especially if you're ordering an important piece of clothing such as your wedding dress.
Other bridal stores are all aware of their unprofessional services and the rude behaviors of their employees. Try not to go close to this store because you will regret ever stepping into their store. This store is like a TRAP that'll catch you and grab on to you. Just stay away!

Provided by YP.comI would definitely NOT recommend shopping for a bridal gown at Ibex Bridal. The sales staff was rude, pushy and unwilling to provide me with any information about the dresses I liked.
I made an appointment because the retailer was supposed to have a large selection of Maggie Sottero dresses-- in fact, when I called to ask about some specific dresses in the 2013 collection, the man who answered the phone assured me that they had most of the dresses in the collection. He told me to email about the particular dresses I wanted to try, and when I did, no one bothered to get back to me. Hence, I drove all the way downtown (to a bad neighborhood) only to find that they did not have the dresses I wanted.
At my appointment, I tried on 7 dresses (they won't let you try more). I actually liked one of the dresses quite a bit. Not only wouldn't the sales staff allow me to take pictures (most places do), but they would not even tell me the name of the dress so I could send my mom the online photos from the designer's site. Basically, they wanted to sabotage my ability to find the dress anywhere else if I didn't opt to buy it at Ibex. Having been to a number of bridal shops, I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I've had thus far.
One final note-- when I inquired about alterations, I was told that I would probably not have the dress until just a few weeks before my wedding. I was also strongly advised to have the dress altered by their in-house seamstress.
I love Maggie Sottero gowns, but I would suggest that the designer find new retailers who treat customers with more respect.
Best of luck to all the brides out there. - April
