Paul was amazing and polite, as a returning customer with no receipt on hand , he painstakingly manually look for my repair notes but all the while so professional and polite. Using the one year guarantee I was scheduled an appointment within a day. Glen came in , wonderful and polite, he is incredibly knowledgeable at his job, found the problem replaced the fuse all with in an hour. They are good to their word, no payment needed all was guaranteed. AMAZING BUSINESS ! Not enough respectable people left but the are so USE THEM!

Amazing service! This is a very professional and honest company. I recieved a fast appointment , Paul was super friendly over the phone and even called two days later to check up on how my tv was functioning. Carlton the technician was so polite and so knowledgeable, they are so honest they give you an option to repair or replace a part. I chose the repair and my tv is working like new , the image is even brighter then I remember. I'd recomend them to Friends , family , and even to strangers who I might overhear they're having television problems. Carlton was just amazing , he did the repairs in under 2 hours, he was so kind and explained exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do. Thank a million times! Best experience ever! I have a 50 Vizio HD tv, it went dull, so I called Vizio they referred me to a ITI group which said it would take 5 t0 7 days for a return call, and a few days more to get parts and come out to fix the vizio tv.

I called in/home spoke to "Paul" who was great, asked me to send him snap of tv as it is with menu on, and he called me back in about 30 mins having diagnosed the issue and quoted a price and warranty far better than anyone had given me thus far.



Glen came out, (great guy, excellent professional) and within 35 mins had cleaned and repaired the set to better than it was before.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Not only can I get a quick appointment time with Paul, Glen is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just love the fact that I don't have to take the TV off myself and take it to a repair shop. They do everything right in your own home! They also have a one year warranty on their repair job. Hopefully I won't have to see them but if I do, definitely will be calling them again!

Called and the person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Received an appointment for someone to come to my home. Glen was the technician sent out and he was very nice answered all of our question and even cracked a few jokes. He performed the service in front of us and explained the what and why. Good price for the service and they wear covers for their shoes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!!!

Very professional and they are easy to talk over the phone. Glen the Technician knows what he's doing. He first came in to evaluate the tv and charge us $49 for that service. He then came back after 1 week with the parts to fix the tv in less than an hour and gladly waived us off for the $49 evaluation service. I think that is a top A service right there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...

It was vey refreshing to have a company do what they say they can and will do. They were timely and very personable. The technician was competent and very knowledgeable of his craft. They worked with me and were not out to gouge me and came back after a month just to make sure no additional adjustments were needed.



I would recommend this company to any one and they are programed in my phone for any future use.

I'm usually very skeptical about repair businesses that have not been vouched for by friends. So it was very hard to decide on who to call to repair my Samsung LCD. I called In/Home because they were not too far away and the reviews on this site were excellent. And I couldn't help but think they were maybe too good to be true. They were true! The technician, Glen, was terrific and this was a great experience and I would recommend In/Home to everyone who needs a TV repaired. I think this is a company you can trust.

It was as simple as trusting the reviews and I wasn't disappointed at all ! Not only they came the same day I called but it was Glen ( 30 years experiences in TV' s ) . Glen is the man !!! Patient, very polite and he could have done his work eyes closed . The 1st thing he did as he came in is covering his shoes like if we were in the hospital and then he got to work. I am extreamly satisfied and urge anyone to call this company for any TV repair issues ! It's the 1st time I was happy to pay for a bill. GLEN, thanks again !!!

These guys are GOOD. They offer prompt and expert service for a price that couldn't be beat. The repair guy Glen was very polite, got right to business, and even wore shoe covers. He offered helpful advice and was charismatic. Their quote was MORE than what we had to pay, which was also less than another company I called. If you call their number with a brief summary of the problem, and your model number, they will tell you what is wrong immediately. These guys know their stuff. Highly recommended, I would recommend to anyone.

I called on a Saturday intending to make an appointment for sometime the following week; instead the guy said he could come within a few hours on the same day. When he did come out he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. By the time he left we were watching our TV! If you want fast good service, these are your guys. I think the gentleman who helped us was named Glen.

These guys are outstanding. We had a spider trapped between the viewing panes - a problem other TV repair so called "experts" didn't know how to fix. In/Home TV Repair knew exactly what to do, and repaired the TV for the exact price we were quoted over the phone. We are extremely satisfied with the service they provided.

Recently needed to repair my 2 year old Samsung LCD TV. Called around to many places to shop for quotes, but this was one of the few places that was able to service in my home. The other places wanted me to bring my tv in. From my description of the problem these other places were only able to give me a large range of how much it would cost, but these guys knew exactly what my problem was and quoted me a fair price to the penny. I got an appointment within 24 hours and they said they would be in and out within 1.5 hours. That's exactly what happened. The technician was very professional and made sure to maintain a clean workspace in my home. He even had shoe covers so that his shoes wouldn't dirty my floors. I am very satisfied with my experience with In/Home Television Repair. And the man who took my initial call on the phone was courteous too, which I can't say the same for the other local guys I contacted in LA.

I have a 1st Generation HD Television that I was very unhappy when it all of the sudden stopped working. I called In/Home Television Repair and they scheduled me for an appointment the following day and the initial $49 consultation had the repairman Glen in my house for almost 3 hours ~ on a Saturday! He was so thorough and completely professional in his approach to diagnosing what was wrong with my TV. He ordered the part the next Monday and they called as soon as it came in and scheduled Glen to come back and finish the job. Well, unfortunately three days later the television died again... I was a little scared that this was the end of the TV. When I called and told them about this unexpected event they were even more professional and concerned and scheduled Glen to come out again. He did and diagnosed and fixed a loose power supply and with a touch of solder and NO CHARGE the TV is up and working as good as new! Thank you IN/HOME TELEVISION REPAIR!!!!! You ROCK!!!

In these economic times our money is harder to come by. The service I received from In home television repair was excellent, they contacted me with what time they would come, they showed during the time as promised. The technician was nice and gave me a quote that was perfect as to what I was willing to spend on a repair.
