I bought a TV for $2700.00 sharp brand. When I received the TV it was damaged. I mentioned it to JJ that the TV was damaged and he replied back and said he is not going to give me refund or another TV in exchanged, Got a estimate from electronic repair company and the TV is a total loss. He suggested t me to try to collect from shipping company.I have put hours and hours of taking pictures and submitting to there claim department. Est. about 10 hours.After I tried to get refunded threw this shipping company JJ he would not sign a release form for me so I could get my TV repaired from the damages. What I found out that he is selling damaged TV's, some one like me to collect all the effort threw the claim department, and get the check from the shipping company and keep it. JJ is a scam artist, and beware if you buy from him. If you have a Ebay claim wait for Ebay to help you get your full refund and do not listen to him there fore you will end up with nothing. I will have a law suit pending against him and his company.
