P.S. an answer for Jessica:
True, similar stuff can be found at the mall, but here there are real treasures, designer rags from the days when a Givenchy or Chanel label meant an actually superior product and if your taste leans toward Cardhart, Pendleton or L.L.Bean you may be pleasantly surprised.
Anyway, we don't like the mall.

I don't really have the patience to shop at Thrift stores; however, I decided to stop in due to the enticing '$1 Sundays' sign posted outside. The clothes that are $1 are basically a pile of clothes on the floor that you need to sift through. Many of them have stains, as well as ripped and from the 90s. The clothes that are non-sale are very overpriced. Scarves range from $6 to $10, which are the same prices you could get at the mall. I would definitely recommend going to the mall instead, especially if you don't have patience to sift through piles of clothes.
