If you are a business seeking some true experienced and reliable rooters, look elsewhere. Being a restaurant we have some pretty bad clogs. The guy's name is Felipe, he gave it a try for 30 min, thought about it for another 30 min then decided to quit without finishing the job. He told me i still had to pay him for his time . Then Felipe went ahead and told me that my pipe was broken and that i would need to brake the concrete to replace it. He added that he was able to do all that work and would only charge me 2500. What a joke.



The next day i called some real professional (MPS in downey) and they had no problem clearing out the clog.



For most residential areas i see these guys succeeding but not for commercial. Go straight to the pro's since these guys charge for their time even if the job is not finished.

I purchased a home in April 2010 that was built in 1915, I had to replace the pluming, gas pipes and added a second restroom. I compared prices and (JJI Rooter) Felipe gave me the best price. I am extremely satisfied with the work he did in my home. Felipe is very reliable and I strongly recommend him to all my friends, family, coworkers. I give out his information because he is honest and does great work. Felipe really cares about the quality of his work and does not take shortcuts he makes sure everything is up to code and guarantees his work.

These guys were great. They saved me money,time, and a headache. I had a problem with my sewer drainage and they were able to fix the problem without tearing up my entire yard. Where other plumbers wanted to charge me big time for fixing it, they were able to fix it for less money and less hassle. I would recommend them for any type of plumbing problems.

I've been working with Felipe of JJI Rooter for over 6 years and have had nothing but good experiences with him. I live in an 80 year old home that has had a lot of issues, most all of which are plumbing related. One time when I was in a jam with a broken shower and about to demo part of a wall to replace the shower unit. JJI was able to find me a hard to find shower stem that fixed the problem when no one else could help me. He saved me a lot of money and worry. He's honest, has very good prices and the only plumber I'll call for a job.
