Mr. Farzam is an excellent attorney who is compassionate and understands the client. I was involved in an auto accident that involved several vehicles. The insurance was disputing my claim because of the different stories the drivers behind me stated even though I was rear-ended. After filing a lawsuit and heavy investigation by Mr. Farzam's part, both insurance carriers ended up paying. I was pleased that not only my medical bills were taken care of but in addition to that, I also received a fair settlement. i never write reviews but this time it is well deserved. I sustained injury on a princess cruise ship and hired Joseph Farzam to help me. He got me a really good settlement which I am really happy about but that's got nothing to do with why I am writing a nice review for him. I write this because he was so caring and so on top of things. We met at mediation to settle my case he knew by heart every symptom i had every visit i made to the doctor every diagnosis. I hired joseph farzam for my personal injury case for the wrongful death of my husband in a truck accident. My husband was a truck driver. According to the police report he fell asleep at the wheel went to the opposite side and hit another truck and was killed instantly. I hired two lawyers before joseph and after a few months of doing nothing they dropped the case and said they couldn't do anything for me and the accidnet was my husband's fault. I then hired joseph who was referred by a friend. He did so much investigation that i am sure the other two guys didn't. He found out the other driver had been high on speed and going too fast on the highway. He hired an expert that figured out that if the other driver was paying attention, he would've seen my husband's truck coming into his lane way before and he could've stopped to avoid the accident.
