In a nutshell after going through four different case handlers they don't seem to have there stuff together. Not to mention failure to inform clients of vital info which could increase or decrease you total award! However in a nutshell, I should have been seen by a specialist from day one. However it took 6 months down the road for them to finally recommend that I see one, and as it turns out... I ended up with a herniated disk to the neck. Yet by that time I exhausted my my $$!! bs
