My friends and I parked at Yamashiro Hollywood, which uses Kei Valet. Nestled in the Hollywood Hills, few other parking options exist. Kei Valet caused $1500 in damages to my vehicle, making huge white paint scrapes and dents in the driver's side rear panel. They denied fault, and the conditions that were present to cause the damage, and refused my insurance company access to the location to investigate. I will not park with this company, or anywhere that uses them.
