Not a professional management company. Unfortunately it takes them months to deal with small issues. Not efficient, not responsive to tenants (even when the appartment has issues like mold), a complete lack of ethics.

If only I could give zero stars... Hands down the WORST property management company I've ever worked with.



Stay away from 1206 S. Bentley Ave. If the neighbors don't make you insane, then Kingstone will. One neighbor is housing a bunch of under-privileged teenage girls who scream profanities all throughout the night on any given night of the week. It's gone as far as 100+ people parties on the premise as if you're in Compton. Fist fighting outside your front door. Upon complaining to Kingstone that verbal gang threats to shoot up the building were made, their response was some canned crap so they could keep the tenant. They're just looking for that extra buck. They won't give a damn if there are gang threats on the building. They practically laugh at you.



Furthermore, Kingstone loses your checks after failing their due diligence on a new landlord, subsequently charging you late fees for unpaid rent. But don't worry, they'll wait until they send you your deposit back to deduct these magical amounts. This is the kind of style this company has: shady.



I really don't know how they find such rude associates for this company. This goes without saying as you'll see for yourself, but employees such as Liatte Platt are amongst the most invasive, sketchy, and rude people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

Kingstone Properties has provided me with the most efficient and highly organized management I could hope for. The property is very well maintained, my tenants are happy, and Joseph is a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
