One of the best television stations in Los Angeles is the oldest TV station in Los Angeles. KTLA has an award winning news team. Unfortunately, longtime anchor Hal Fishman recently died. But his successors are doing a great job carrying on without him. KTLA is also the Los Angeles area affilate of the CW network. My personal favorite CW show is "Smallville". It is a series about young Clark Kent and how he discovers his destiny as Superman. Look for the sexy Laura Vanderboot as Clark's sexy kryptonian cousin Kara (a.k.a. in the comics- Supergirl). Other great cast members are Erica Durance as Lois Lane, Alison Mack as friend Chloe, Michael Rosenbaum as future enemy Lex Luthor and John Glover as Lex's dad Lionel. Also, other DC heroes have made appearances on Smallville, including The Green Arrow, Flash / Impulse, Cyborg, Aquaman and the Martian Manhunter.
