Provided by YP.comI phoned this office and explained a situation I was having with someone on probation. the gentleman who answered the initial phone call was rude, wouldn't allow me to complete sentences, told me it was nothing they could do,i asked to be transferred to a supervisor, he forward me to a Ofcr. of the day. I phoned back and was hung up on 3 xs. Customer service here is lacking professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to simply listen and if you can't assist the caller find someone who is willing to assist.
