Terrible customer service and rude behavior from older clerk. Incompetence from the younger. They do not allow retrieval of documents to print from your own email, therefore you must email any documents to them. Emailed them a two-page print job three times from nearby wi-fi, only to be told at 4:20 after re-emailing that they couldn't print the two pages, even though they close at 4:30. Beware of unprofessional lazy, rude behavior. Go to Staples or Fedex center instead where there is some accountability.
