Don't make the mistake I did. Listen to the bad reviews because I experienced all the problems mentioned. I was assured by the leasing agent that the company was under new management and that the past reviews were not a representation of the new people. I went to the office to pick up the keys. I was handed everything quickly and walked to the door mid sentence and told that people are happy and everything will be fine. After the door was shut in my face I went to the unit. In the communication before renting I was told that the TV had Roku and Netflix but I could still get up to 40 local stations with the digital antena. The Roku worked fine but there was no antena in the apt. They sent someone 2 days later to put in the antenna and said that it worked. I could only get pix elated blurry stations for a few seconds at a time. I told them and they sent a tech to the apt who said everything was fine. My apartment was located in a quiet building and was very close to the Grove, Farmer's Market, restaurants and cafes. I found this company to be professional and caring. They responded right away whenever I had a question. I would recommend them!

Great stay. My apartment was close to everything and Debbie was really helpful when I needed anything. Great customer service, great price without paying for extras.

They do what they say, returned my deposit and gave me a lot of things all included in the rent. I came here to work and go home. I was able to work really well from here. They have Highspeed Internet, free Parking, phone, sat tv with a huge package of stuff and It was quiet. Nice furniture too.I walked to everything..

I loved my stay.The location was really close to the Farmer's Market. My apartment had a great view of the city and I loved that one price included everything. I'm definitely recommending friends to stay with LA Furnished.
