Went under new management March 2013, but there has not been any change. Lived there from Sept. 2009 to May2013. Room was infested with bed bug. Moved us to different room to treat our then told me I had to sign paper that I take financial responsibility if it gets re-infected. I wouldn't sign. I tried to sue them so they offered me $900 to drop suite and move out. I did then they refused to give me the $900 they agreed to. The new management is worst than the previous one. They are heartless crooks who will take advantage the weak, and break their mothers back if it will put money in their pocket.

this place is horrible!!!!! the staff are very unprofessional and slum lords!!!!!! they have bed bugs and the people that work the office are stupid. the lady named adela is racist and talks to you like your beneath her they have tenants in there that are crazy that harrass other people kicking in doors, yelling in the hallways the 3rd floor is off the chain dope sales etc.. the budilding inspectors, and health and cps is always in the bldg i don't suggest you go there until they get new management!!!!!!!
