Horrible, just horrible! Lana has horrible experience. I had a apron which I needed to have 2 initials and she put 1 initial correct and the other wrong. I definitely don't recommend this shop for embroidery but I went to a shop called friendly tailoring and embroidery and they took the letter off and rewrote it. It looked really good. This Business is way better than Lana and more custom.
