In October, 2010, my life changed. I was on a morning jog when I was hit by a car in the crosswalk by a driver who wasn't looking my way. I was immediately rushed to the hospital and have been recovering from a serious back injury since. Although this time for me has been difficult, I cannot express enough how much better things have been for me because of my experience with Lederer and Nojima and especially David Lederer. From the very beginning of my case, David showed me so much compassion and understanding and constantly reminded me throughout my case that although financial compensation was one of the goals of our case, that my healing and getting better was above all and was the most important thing that I needed to focus on. By nature and because of my personal experiences in life, I could be cynical at times. Even though I did my homework before having Lederer and Nojima represent me, I would have never predicted the level of care that was given to me by this law firm and the humanistic manner in which I was treated throughout my case. My life not only changed in a negative way because of my injury, it changed in a positive direction as it is related to the way that I think about lawyers in general and ONLY because of my experience with Lederer and Nojima. Because of my sometimes cynical-nature, I researched a great deal before having them represent me, and I am so glad I did. Stating that it all ‘paid-off’ is an understatement and the way that it paid off reaches far beyond financial compensation. I hired John Nojima for a rescent lawsuit and he was awesome at not only resolved my case in my favor but was very responsive to all my emails and phone calls.
