The IRS levied an entire monthly salary of a close friend of mine. They gave her NO prior notice, and made no attempt whatsoever to contact her before doing so. This levy left her with NO money whatsoever to live on for the month of March 2012. She is a single mom on a limited income. She also has a lifetime disease which requires medicine purchased on a monthly basis. She cannot order her medicine because the IRS took ALL of her money and left her with nothing.



After researching the issue she came in contact with Limon Whitaker and Morgan. Karl Jones is the attorney representing her. He will tell you exactly what you want to hear and make promises. Karl Jones should be dis-barred. He does not return phone calls when promised and he conveniently leaves the office early when you call to speak with him. Karl is in over his head when it comes to dealing with the IRS and the IRS knows it. Karl is never able to provide answers or solutions. He only pretends to understand.



As of today Karl has done nothing to help my friend. She is going to lose her entire salary for the month of March, she cannot order the medicine she needs to live, she cannot buy groceries for her daughter or gas to get to work or pay bills. Karl will probably leave the office early this afternoon.
