My child developed Bipolar Disorder,and my husband and I are aware that our child would not be alive today without Dr. Zukerman’s extraordinary perception, attention to detail, empathy, and knowledge. She not only saw our child safely through a year of diagnosis, stabilizing medication, strongbintrrvention in our child’s suicidality, and drawing on her astonishing access to a variety of experts to help us, but she took care of our needs as caregivers with empathy and skill.
While I believe that anyone seeking psychiatric care would be fortunate to have Lori as their doctor, I doubt there is a better psychiatrist for diagnosing accurately, carefully, and insightfully.
