Provided by YP.comLoyola Village once was known to be a great school and many still believe it is. In kindergarten they push your child to do book reports which often can be very challenging for a kindergartener. It is however too young and out of line for any red headed kindergarten teacher to be pressing for diagnosing a student for abnormal behaviour and or learning disabilities especially if that teacher has a very limited contact with the student. Furthermore should your child have a cold and cough not serious enough to keep them from school and you provide cough drops to them to subside the coughing and disrupt class your child will have the cough drops taken away. Office staff will not even take any from a parent and give them to your child when needed so they can stay in school. Office staff and a high number of teachers at this school will pry into your home life if your child wears clothes or shoes that do not look new and or have holes in them....even if that is or was a style. There are too many other schools with too many other good teachers that know their main job is not to declare erroneous tardies and or unexcusable absences. This schools policy is not to report truancy to the proper authorities such as a truancy officer but rather make reports of truancy to Child Protective Services.
