Austin is truly a fantastic and knowledgeable trainer. With the help of a team of which Austin was an integral part, I lost 103 lbs and completely changed my life.

When I hit the 100lb mark, my friends threw me a party and Austin was there front and center to congratulate me on the work I'd done. He truly cares about his clients and about helping them achieve what they set out to do.



He is a warm and encouraging coach who takes the time to teach his clients how to do each movement correctly to maximize results.



His knowledge of nutrition, combined with his expertise in dynamic workouts that build muscle and burn fat quickly will absolutely give you the results you want to see. Plus, he keeps things fun and different so you and your muscles never get bored.

I have been training with Austin for over a year and a half now as my personal trainer and he is by far one of the most effective and knowledgable trainers I've worked with. I have seen continued results throughout. Austin has a complete understanding of each muscle group and how they are interrelated to work with and against one another to maximize the benefit of every minute of each work out. He also keeps each session dynamic in order to maximize results and avoid plateaus. I'm a doctor myself, so I know the importance of working with someone who really understands the body and how far to push it. Los Angeles is flooded with trainers that claim they know how to provide "the best workout," but very few actually have the experience. Austin has technical knowledge to customize the workout for each person's needs. He simply knows what he's doing and his workouts are extremely effective.
