Provided by YP.comDon't go there! They are scammers. Our car was in an accident and we had it towed there. Our insurance recommended a place they were more familiar with so we wanted to have it moved. They presented us with a $600 bill for having the car there for only 6 days. They also insisted that they would only take cash and would not release the car until they received that. No checks, no credit cards. The place we had it towed to said we should report them to the Bureau of Automative Repair and I certainly intend to do that.

Provided by YP.comI had the same experience. I had a BRAND NEW CAR with less than 11,000 miles on when I got hit bad in an intersection. Out of nowhere a girl shows up to console me. She says I shouldn't drive my car because the airbags did not deploy and that they could deploy while I was driving and severely injure me. So she calls a tow-truck guy who says it will be free of charge and I ended up at Metro Collision. The guy Danny seemed nice enough at first, but it is fake. It took a month to get my car fixed, with Metro blaming my insurance company for not contacting them and my insurance company complaining that Metro had not phoned them to come out and check the car out.
When I finally did get the car back, it was given to me with more scratches than when I brought it in (I was hit in the front passenger side wheel of the vehicle). I had over 7 deep scratches on my left side mirror and two large scratches on my bumper, in the back of the car...when it was hit in the front!!! To make things worse, they supposedly "detailed" my car. My brand new vehicle that used to have a perfect interior was permanently damaged by whatever they used to clean the carpets and seats. And there were three deep scratches in the plastic of my dash board gadgets. Again, I must mention that this vehicle's interior was basically untouched and when I got it back it was ruined. Oh and I guess they had to repair the tank for my windshield wiper fluid, but they left it EMPTY! And to make things worse, the light they reinstalled is lopsided and has a lower light output than the right side. So basically they either gave me a used light fixture with less light output, or they improperly wired the light so that it's light output is less than half of the other side.
Overall, I feel this place's work is completely mediocre and done without any care for the customer. I have a humble life, and worked so hard to purchase this vehicle, and now it is permanently damaged by this company that was suppose to give me back my baby better than when we came to them for help. They do not care about you, they want to take advantage of you and they will lie to your face about everything.
