I couldn't be more happier with the job that Cesar did. He tattoo my eyebrows just the way I wanted. He is so professional at he's job. He's the best at what he does..I highly recommend to anyone that wants a tattoo of any kind.

Veronica & Cesar, both very Professional, Curteous & Attentive. Comfortable and lay back atmosphere. (FYI : They are currently renovating - so appointments are spread out, at the moment). They do Shading and Stroke Method on eye brows!!! More than reasonable prices - They should be charging hundreds more!! You can get a combo of permanent eye liner, lips and brows as well! They do color lip fill as well. Just give yourself plenty of time with them - they don't just work on you and kick you out - making you feel like cattle - they take their time. I have my mom going back for correction of a botched eyebrow job - so YES, CORRECTIONS can be done here!!!
