rude and snooty

for months I left messages trying to get hold of someoneand nobody ever bothered to return a call. Then when my call finally was answered I was told that the deadline had just passed. A friend's child is also gifted with an IQ of 165, they interviewed a preschool teacher who said that the child liked to finish one project before transitioning to the next, and that slammed the door on him. Apparently, they want children who are gifted, but not so gifted that they may actually stand out in any way. On a tour, they were asked how they dealt with disciplinary issues and they responded "WE don't have any disciplinary issues", which smacks of denial since even one child alone is going to have a bad day every now and then. I know parents who have left in discussed, but none who were happy with the school or wanted thier kids to continue there.
