So far....



Upon move in it took 3 weeks to be able to just have access to cable/internet

There is currently no secured parking, the garage doors which were promised to be installed by the move-in date (6 weeks ago) have still not been installed and my car was broken into while parked in the open garage.



I was lied to regarding numerous items including the privacy of our rooftop patio.

A working intercom system was not up until over 2 weeks after move in.

AND it is next to impossible to simply get consistent communication from management/ owner. Its hit or miss whether they will call back. And if they do its a 50% chance the issue will be addressed or you will be promised a callback or "decision" regarding your call, and may or may not get that callback.
