My wife and I have purchased roughly $3,000 of glasses and sunglasses from Optical Shop of Aspen. We will never buy another product from them.



I wore a pair of sunglasses they sold me to the beach. I was not advised that the sunglasses they sell are unable to be taken to the beach. The glasses got wet. Shortly after returning home I rinsed the glasses in fresh water, used gentle soap to clean them with my hands, and dried them with the lens cloth they provided. The tint on the lens wiped off, ruining the glasses.



They company did not stand by their product. They did not treat me like a valued customer. I told them I wanted a 50% discount and I would pay to replace the faulty lenses they sold me. The store manager refused and preferred that I no longer buy my or my wife's glasses at Optical Shop of Aspen.



Terrible service. Terrible attitude. All around extremely poor business.
