Terrible Home Health! It really sucks, they have this girl case manager who talks to you like if your stupid. She sounds like she belongs in watts! Terrible people skills and documentation! My grandma was under there care and it was the worst "CARE" provided. There nurse was late and twice she didn't even show up for her visit! Then the case manager blamed me! terrible! Please stay away! Also the DON is she is so unprofessional! She talks to you if like your ignorant and below her class! Pretty much all the staff are like that, all three females are unprofessional! Stay away! There are other home healths! Pacific Rim sucks!
