I am in the market looking for a unit and stopped by Packard Lofts. I pulled into the parking and they valet my car. I told the valet that I am here to view the property to potentially lease. I went inside and there was some construction going on. A woman named Shayla (manager) rudely asked me why I was there. I told them I was interested in viewing some of there units, she told me to wait. I waited for almost 20 minutes which got me a bit frustrated, finally they let me up to the units. I wasnt too impressed by my initial look at the property. After I viewed one of the units I was extremely surprised by what I saw! There was mold on the ceilings, all the kitchen amenities were out dated. The bathroom tiles were broken and cracked, and on top of that there was rat feces on the floor. It was quite disgusting. After going back down I walked out of the building to a next door property and returned literally 10 minutes later. Again, Shayla was extremely rude and asked why I was walking through there and told me that I had to pay the valet for parking, I explained to her that I only left for 10 minutes and I was interested in her property but she still demanded payment! I payed to view one of the worst units in downtown i've ever seen! Never had this kind of an experience before! I do not recommend anyone to view this property, it will be a waste of time.
