OK. This is my first review on Yelp. I feel I must let you guys know about reliable company with extremely friendly stuff in our neighborhood. They helped me to get out of extreme situation with no hassle. The situation: emergency need for one day rental car at 5pm on Friday... I called to several well known companies and was quoted somewhat around 90$ for one day rental: "you have no reservation", "we are closed soon", "we have only Mercedes and truck left", etc. Finally I called to AMPM. Done. I got my economy car for one day for very reasonable price. I arrived just before the closing, but the agent was waiting for me and did the paperwork fast. I was offered coffee and tea. Next day brought more pleasant surprises-I was supposed to bring the car back before 1pm-the time they are closing on Saturdays, but I was not able to do that as my own car was not ready by that time, so the agent arranged later 4 pm return for me (with no any extra charge). Moreover, while driving to return the car I stuck in the traffic jam and again one call to the agent was enough to handle the problem: "just give us a call when you will be there". I arrived to the facility with an hour delay, gave a call and couple of minutes later branch manager arrived to help me with return. I have very good feeling that these people DO care about their customers and are ready to go extra mile. I appreciate their help and courtesy and hope they will stay in business for a long time so I can use their service in the future and recommend this rental company to my friends.

Overall_ rental was exceptionally well presented and was exactly what we required. Will recommend to all. Great place better than the big labels around. I have rented at lots of places in the past but this is the best of the best and will rent from them again.

Well done!! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend AMPM car rental. The car was fine and the people great. We left something in the rental and the AMPM Car people made sure that we recovered our belongings. Worth every penny!

I just read the, 'do not rent from here,' review, and just had to take a moment and say something. I just rented from here ON Memorial Day and that's not the experience I had. I tried to respond to that review, but, it wouldn't let me. I had such a positive experience at this place, I can't stop telling everyone about it. They charged me the regular price of $29 instead of ripping me off ON Memorial Day. They didn't try to take advantage of me because everyone else was closed and raise the prices to $60 or $90. He even waited for me because I had called so late. I am not going to rent from anywhere else, again! EVER! This place has my rental business for life.
