i think this people should go out of business! they all smile at you when you walk in but as soon as you pay them the bill they dont even wanna talk to you anymore.

ive been there so many times but this was the last time im taking my car to them.i rather go to a regular mechanic shop and get my car serviced.

I am a resident of the Hollywood CA area, it is very sad to rate this location as zero star, the attitude of the Latino sentro Americans is terrible, I went because I needed an inspection the two Latino characters arguing because supposedly they had not approved an appointment for my car, neither The representatives wanted to attend me, at the end one of them got into my car without taking precautions about the covid, he put the car in reverse and only answered that he could not sign my inspection because the brakes had a noise, that was a false thing , because days before my car was in the diller and the brakes were changed, and the oil changed, how sad the way to inspect, and very sad that the company has these two inexperienced characters, I ask? How many people are made to invest in unnecessary things, be careful of all those who arrive at that location, because of those poorly trained personnel the company loses a bad reiting, I hope that these characters are replaced and trained before that valuable company loses good customers that once we value the service😞

Needed tires ASAP and they delivered. Efficient and friendly. Nice office. It's a chain but they make it seem like a local place.

Paola is amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable and has great customer service, I saw how she handled a very difficult couple ahead of me, and I was amazed by how well she handeled the situation.

These guys are attentive. I drove away after a routine oil change but then heard a faint strange noise. I went back and one of the technicians drove around the block with me and didn't hear anything but then opened the hood and found something loose inside and fixed it right away. He wanted to be sure everything was in good shape.



After just a few services I now have a rewards card and they have repaired two tires for free! I like this place.

Lousy customer service. Bad telephone service.
