If you or your kids are even remotely interested in cars you need to make at least one visit here. They have a great Hot Wheels section that kids love. Nice tours as well with plenty of cool old cars, movie cars to see. I would suggest some more patient tour guides though - kids can be a bit excited and tour guides need to realize they don't have the listening patience most adults may have.

Wonderful! The cars are amazing with a lot of very rare makes and models. Took a tour of the vault and enjoyed it immensely. If you love cars, this is the place to visit!

The Peterson Auto Museum is a family favorite around here. The men in my family are not huge museum goers, but this is one where my dad and grandpa enjoy tagging along. It is even better since the updates have been made.

Such a great car museum. They don't just have car exhibitions but also bikes and motorcycles. It's right across from LACMA. It's always on my must list when there are visitors in town. I strongly suggest take an afternoon and visit this place.

I agree with the other reviewers, this is one awesome museum! I don't consider myself a car buff, but I love this museum! Honestly, it is so interesting, I try to go at least twice a year.
