I had a horrible experience with a representative of this company on 3.1.12 at the Shell station at Santa Monica and Federal. A company vehicle (an SUV with plnt20 plates) was blocking the entrance to the car wash. After waiting a few minutes I got out of my car to check on the driver since the truck was not moving. A man walked up and I asked him if that was his truck. He said yes. I said did you realize that you are parked in the entrance to the car wash? He said yes I want a car wash and I needed to pay for it so I went inside to pay. I said do you realize that you prevented me and the 3 cars behind me to get our car washed while you were paying for yours? I asked would you mind not blocking the entrance next time? He said F*** you. I said excuse me? He said go ahead and hit me. I said excuse me, I have no intention of that. He said you are a woman. You are nothing. F*** you, you are a Pig C***. I said ok I will now make a call to 911, which I did. He continued to scream the filthy words afore mentioned. I went inside to tell the cashier what was happening in case the situation escalated as he became more out of control. He eventually got back in his truck and went thru the car wash. The police arrived after he left. Took a report.

Careful of this company, especially if you are a woman. You could be in danger.
