i want to cancel my 2 different subscriptions to your service because you cant seem to make it "user friendly"...in a fit of rage, when i couldnt access your website, (it was just a blank page), to delete programs you keep adding to my pluto that I DO NOT WANT, (i do not want sports or comedy's or politics at all), i deleted pluto tv off of my 2 roku boxes...as i calmed down after a few days, i put it back onto one of my boxes only to find ALL channels offered by pluto were on it again plus it needed an activation again but there is NO WAY to just RE-ACTIVATE my existing accounts, (i noticed your website is now working again) and i refuse to create new accounts again...(why cant you just make it easy to add/delete channels from pluto from within the pluto tv environment when im watching it from my roku box via my remote control?...then this would never have been an issue), my amazon prime and hulu and the other "channels" let me do this, yet you do not...so, do i cancel, or do you make this easy?, at the moment, pluto tv is not on my "roku home" as i have deleted their entries.

that is the message i tried to submit under their "contact us"...the submit button doesnt work...also tried to call them at their phone number listed in L.A. guess what? unless you KNOW the ext. number or name, no dice...stay away from this "service" they offer no meaningful viewer service whatsoever when you run into a problem like this.
