Provided by YP.comthis is wood roasted chicken cooked over an open grill. This is the best chicken in LA hands down. Get the spicy green sauce and rice. I think the rice is cooked in butter so dieters beware. parking is tough so good luck.

Provided by YP.comThis tiny hole in the wall is always crowded so when you do takeout, call ahead. Parking is not great but that's LA! Corner of 8th and Western.
The chicken is tender and moist, the rice is better than the french fries. They have a spicy green sauce. If you want extra, they will charge you. Good value for delicious chicken!

Provided by YP.comFor me sole reason to come to Pollo a la Brasa is the anticuchos. Very few places around L.A. carry the succulent beef heart skewers, which are a staple of Andean street food. While their chicken is infused with the smoky flavor that only comes from a wood burning rotisserie and their dry run is quite good, I have more than once found the meat to be on the dry side. They also serve fried yuca and chicha morada.
