1 star is too generous. Worst shuttle service. We scheduled to LAX 2 hours early. They were so late picking us up we literally ran and begged our way through lines to barely make our flight. On the return they left us stranded at Ontario at 1am. Alls they said was "sorry" and hung up. Terrible terrible terrible!

What a terrible service!!!

I forgot my cell phone on their vehicle. They shipped it to a wrong address at my expense. I called fedex, they said that Primetime has to request the change in address. Since then, I've been calling and calling, they are not even answering my calls. I even called their front desk lady, she took my contact information and said the lost and found lady will call me shortly, so she certainly knows I'm calling and what I'm calling for, and is still not answering.

I have not personally used this service.



However, yesterday evening, a van was on his way to pick up a customer in our neighborhood at the same time my husband was coming home. When my husband turned his truck to back into our driveway, the van was going so fast he could not stop (or chose not to) and swerved to go around him. He lost control of the van & ended up driving over the sidewalk and over our front yard.



My husband pulled his truck in front of him & they got into a verbal altercation. The driver just kept insisting that he was late to pick up a client & had to go. I called the Sheriff's Dept & at that time he became even more insistent on leaving.



The driver called his dispatch who then advised him to leave since there was no car accident. My husband stood in front of the van (which we know what not the right thing to do), and the driver started driving forward, pushing him with the van.



This driver is lucky my children were not in the front yard where they should feel safe or they would've been victims of a horrible accident.

Prime Time Shuttle met all of my transportation needs. Their service is affordable, convinient and dependable. I never drive to the airport or any events. I use Prime Time Shuttle vans and private sedan service.
