Provided by YPmobileHad a simple issue with the laces on my wife's pair of Ugg boots, and the issue was resolved in under 2 minutes. Great experience! Owner was very nice, and fixed the lacing issue for free!! He just giggled about the simple issue, said he had a special tool for it, and wished me a Happy New Year!! :)
