I think they change their name to Garbage Alley by now since they will totally treat your equipment like garbage.
definitely recommended if you like your equipment to be down all the time.
awful support: your call will go to an answering service which have nothing to say beside "I will send your message".
and if in some point a technician getting back to you they will blame the issues either on your equipment or on your customer side.
(since we moved to a new center we have no problem at all :-))

the owner Mohamed Arab one of the biggest crooks I ever met
every time we called him to complain about our equipment is down he said "if you don't like the service you can come and pick up your equipment anytime"

one day we decided to take the equipment since it was useless to leave it there anyways,
he didn't want to release the equipment before we pay $546.00 and we will get it back only if we will get him back the equipment .

Thank god we got rid of this Data (garbage) center, and we hope we are able to save other Innocent customers with this review
