Since my husband and I have been remodeling our home for quite some time, we were finally close to finishing it. He decided it would be a nice gift to renew my marriage band ( since I was using another one after I lost my original one. ) Nice employees, we were in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend this place.

The owner is very moody and difficult to deal with. Needs to learn customer service. In the repair of an antique piece, there was no sensitivity to the integrity of the design, or to it's sentimental value. I was stuck with what I got - which was a different item than I brought in.

Ok, maybe she does not love me, but she loves the gifts I buy for her from Regency. The store is a class act with refined and knowledgeable help.
