The Los Angeles County Department of Coroner s forensic medicine division specializes in the areas of neuropathology, archeology, odontology, anthropology, anesthesiology, pediatrics, surgery, ophthalmologic and pulmonary pathology. It is approved by the California Medical Association for Continuing Medical Education and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
