When after a terrible toothache I visited my general dentist, he told me I need a root canal treatment as the pulp in my tooth is necrotic (dead) and the bacteria living in tooth caused abscess. The only way of saving the tooth was root canal treatment done by endodontist. Actually, after a long research I found Dr. Rafael Roges (Dr. Ramon's brother), he had great reviews and I made an appoitment at Roges Endodontics, thinking that there is only one Dr. Roges there. I was surprised to find out that 3 endodontist brothers Ramon, Roberto and Rafael all work there! On the day of my appointment only Ramon Roges was there. And though I am sure his brothers are outstanding ptofessionals too, I feel lucky to be Dr. Ramon's patient. Though I was in panic as I was always scared of dentists, the caring professionalism of Dr. Roges and his staff helped me relax. Although my tooth was very difficult to access, Dr. Ramon and his highly trained assistants did a great job! Dr. Ramon is very knowledgable, he was extremely patient with answering all my questions and explaining all the actions he took. I could not help mentioning his great sense of humor which made me forget I was in dentist's chair! The procedure itself was painless and gentle. My treatment was completed in two visits. The price was fair and competetive and what's important, at Roges Endo you are not charged for extra office visits, you pay for the treatment only, no matter how many visits will it take to be completed. They even validated my parking ticket, so I didn't pay for parking as well. I am very grateful to Dr.Ramon and his awesome staff that my tooth is saved and not in severe pain anymore! P.S. Although Dr.Ramon is a great endodontist, he is not as internet savvy as his brothers Rafael and Roberto, he was even surprised, he has a profile on YP and Yelp! Due to bad online presence and lack of reviews, it is difficult to find Dr.Ramon among other endodonists, so I hope this first review will encourage other patients of Dr. Roges to share their experience and help people who need root canal treatment find a doctor who will exceed their expectations!
