Roro's is a whole in the wall in a little strip mall. Sitting adjacent to a dodgy 7-11 you might just pass it up thinking it is too sketchy. Well, let me point you to the light - Roro's ROCKS! They offer you a ton of food for about eight bucks. It will leave you full for a day. I've not tried any of the lamb dishes but the chicken shawerma, hummus and falafel are among the best I've found anywhere. And this includes high priced Mediterranean restaurants. The chicken shawerma plate is so good I wake up in sweats craving it. As if I'm a vampire feeling The Hunger. Carved, all white meat, marinated and roasted on a spit sits over a bed of fluffy white rice. This is surrounded by a delicious light salad and pickled beets and a generous helping of their tangy, diabolicly delicious hummus. I usually order a couple of falafels on the side. Don't skip or skimp on the dish of garlic horse radish they serve. Spread it thick inside the warm pita and then stuff it full of all that chicken, hummous and salad. You will take a bite and then embarrass yourself as you will then proceed to devour it in a matter of minutes. That good!
