They produce an amazing product but it often feels like you have to pull teeth to get there. Owners are really chill and know what they're about. Although if they answered their phones more often, I'm fairly certain it would be a much more pleasant experience.
I really only have a problem with their office lady. Depending on her mood, she can be a bit rude and apprehensive to help. It just makes for a dreaded and uncomfortable interaction. It's a better day when I don't have to directly interact with her.
