This was the most unacceptably rude service I have ever experienced in any business. I rented a truck; as the guy gave me the key, he said

"Don't snatch anything from me".

I said "what?", in shock at the unimaginable sentence. "snatch?"

It got worse. His reply was:

"You heard me. You're not that fucking dumb."

This is unbelievably rude. I stood there, jaw dropped, wondering why the guy was so aggressive. When I finally recovered from the shock, I returned to the store to cancel the contract. He didn't allow me to enter the store, screamed at me some other swear words, said it was cancelled and told me "get the fuck out". As I left, he yelled something about Trump (I'm latino).

This person should not be anywhere dealing with people in a civilized society, least say running a store. To help identify the person, he's African-American, bald, white beard, probably around 50. It happened January 28th, Sunday, around 4pm.

U-haul should stop doing business with this vendor.

I'm lucky to have Ship It in my community for sending faxes, mail, stamps, and money orders. They offer reliable and necessary services that we all need.
