2/4/11 - When I called to ask for the name of the insurance company of their insured who rear-ended my 86 year old mother car on 1/30/11, James, was INCREDIBLY rude, short and curt. He refused to provide me with the information even after I very politely gave him his client's name and policy number. He would not provide any info. All I was asking for was the name of the insurance company so that I could report a very straight-forward and simple auto accident. James said the manager, Richard Gomez, of his agency was not in and not expected in any time soon. He said no one else was there to help me and then he hung up on me. After the phone call, I performed a reverse telephone number look up and found out that the number belonged to New Coast Auto Insurance agency.
