In the Heart of a Soul 2 Soul Healing, we bring you a team for health coaching, psychotherapy and mindfulness training, holistic health care, and mind-body integrational healing. For delivering optimal health to our client's we take a holistic approach to treatment - which means that we look at how all areas of your life affect your health. Soul 2 Soul Healing works with adolescents and adults suffering from health-related issues linked to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Soul 2 Soul Healing also specializes in working with eating disorders, negative body image, and disordered eating. Along with Somatic work to help with Trauma and PTSD healing. Additionally, Soul 2 Soul Healing provides case management services that ensure each of her clients have access (if needed) to a strong multi-disciplinary team to support them. The team includes an Integrative Medical Doctor (Family and Sports Medicine), Acupuncturist and Herbalist, Registered Dietician, Somatic Practitioner and a Family Based Therapist. History Established in 2006. Soul 2 Soul Healing, formerly Viva-Works, was founded by Lisa Blume in New York City offering health coaching. Lisa teamed up with healers and trainers to offer clients more healing techniques. The business grew quickly providing in-home private services. Since then Lisa achieved Master training and serves as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate; servicing communities in the Los Angeles area. With over 10 years experience working in the corporate world, Lisa is also able to relate to the challenges employees face in corporate life and provide customized programs thru effective 30-60-90 Corporate Health Challenges.
