The service @ the Suitman store has been a headache from day one. They didn't have the vest I chose in stock and it took them two weeks to get it to me. I live about 70 miles away so they made it a big inconvenience for me to drive back and forth and never taking me into consideration. When I finally recieved the vest it did not fit, taking in mind that I tried on the one they had in store and it fit fine. Just beware, if you shop here be prepared to go back.
